My name is Maggie Dustin and I am a stay at home mother. At first I simply started out "trying" (and it was definitely harder than I expected!) to make fudge for family gatherings such as reunions, holidays, etc. However, my husband, Bill, would usually eat half of the tray while it was cooling in the refrigerator (his favorites are White Chocolate Fudge with Almonds and Penuche).

More and more people started commenting on how good they thought the fudge tasted; asking if they could purchase some for themselves. That's right about the same time when the first coffee house decided to use the delicious dessert on their daily menu.

Things are consistently picking up and more orders are being filled daily. I can process orders by the pound (s) or by full trays for retail/wholesale (full tray equals a little over four pounds).

Needless to say it's a great job. It's very hard work...but I love it...and my office smells AMAZING!
